Strawberry Banana Smoothie Easy · 5 min · Forgiving · 1 batch the everyday two-fruit blend, with a whisper of warm spice The easy one: two frozen fruits, milk, and a spoon of seeds, blended thick and creamy in under five minutes. Frozen strawberry and banana do all the work (sweet, cold, and naturally pink) while a pinch of cinnamon and a tiny one of cardamom lift it out of the ordinary, and a spoon of chia, flax, or sesame quietly adds the omega-3s and fibre. Sweeten with a little raw sugar only if the fruit needs it. To make it a meal, blend in one add-in: peanut butter, tahini, a couple of spoons of oats, or a dollop of yogurt. INGREDIENTS - 120 g banana (1 banana, frozen)
- 150 g strawberry (frozen; about 1 cup)
- 240 ml fresh milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 12 g chia seeds (chia, flax, or sesame)
- 4 g raw sugar (raw; optional, to taste)
- 0.5 g cinnamon stick (a pinch)
- 0.3 g green cardamom (a tiny pinch; optional)
- 0.5 g sea salt (a tiny pinch)

- Adjust. Taste: add more milk if it's too thick, more frozen banana if too thin, and a little more sugar only if it needs it.
