The shelf is arranged by what a blend is for. Sleep and calm lean on chamomile, lavender, and star anise. Digestion runs on mint, fennel, anise, and ginger. Focus pairs sage with black tea, and the warming milk teas carry rose, ginger, and jujube.
No blend claims more than its chemistry can carry. Where a compound drives an effect, it is named, drawn, and traced to its plant; where the evidence is thin, the recipe says so instead of reaching.
