- 0.1 g star anise
- 1.2 g chamomile flowers (dried)
- 14 leaves fresh mint
- 0.2 g sage (dried)
- 400 ml filtered water
Method - Simmer the ginger and star anise in the water until fragrant. (4 min)
- Off the heat, add the chamomile, mint, and sage.
- Steep, covered, then strain into a warmed pot. (6 min)
