Upgraded Rose Milk Tea Medium · 10 min · Moderate · 1 cup rose milk, with a ruby lift A silken milk tea stained rose and ruby, where crushed buds and simmered goji-jujube fruit lean into a spiced black-tea base. It warms from the inside (ginger and tea for lift, dried fruit for a quiet immune nudge) and drinks like a floral dessert with a pulse. INGREDIENTS - 3 pieces jujube
- 5.5 g goji berries
- 1.2 g fresh ginger (sliced)
- 1.2 g black tea
- 6 rose buds (lightly crushed)
- 80 ml fresh milk
- 40 ml evaporated milk
- 8 ml condensed milk (≈ 1–2 tsp, to taste)
- 160 ml filtered water (for simmering)
Method - Simmer the jujube, goji, and ginger in the water until the liquid runs amber. (6–7 min)
- Add the black tea and steep. (1 min)
- Off the heat, add the rose buds. (2–3 min)
- Strain and stir in the milks last.
