It soothes, warms from the belly outward, and quiets the low-grade inflammation that comes with cramps. INGREDIENTS - 3 pieces jujube
- 5 g goji berries
- 2 g fresh ginger (sliced)
- 1 pod green cardamom (cracked)
- 1.1 g black tea
- 6 rose buds (lightly crushed)
- 0.2 g licorice root (optional)
- 80 ml fresh milk
- 40 ml evaporated milk
- 8 ml condensed milk (≈ 1–2 tsp, to taste)
- 160 ml filtered water (for simmering)
Method - Simmer the jujube, goji, ginger, cardamom, and licorice in the water. (6–7 min)
- Add the black tea and steep. (1 min)
- Turn off the heat and add the crushed rose buds. (2–3 min)
- Strain and stir in the fresh, evaporated, and condensed milk last.
