It is a soft, herbaceous cure for a heavy stomach that soothes as much as it digests. INGREDIENTS - 0.3 g anise seeds
- 0.1 g fennel seeds
- 1 g fresh ginger (sliced)
- 1.5 g chamomile flowers (dried)
- 0.15 g dried mint
- 0.1 g licorice root
- 500 ml filtered water
Method - Simmer the anise, fennel, and ginger in the water to draw out their oils. (3 min)
- Turn off the heat and add the chamomile, dried mint, and licorice.
- Steep, then strain. (4 min)
